I'm listening to "Echoes" on NPR, and they are playing "Dragonfly's Dream" by a fellow named David Somethingoranother, who is featured on the African instrument, the kora, or something like that. I wonder if its the same fellow who played the kora in the Boston subway...

Boston, at least in the 80s, was rich in subway culture, and I only regret that Charlotte hasn't nearly the involvement or variety. Perhaps this lamentation will set the wheels in motion, and Charlotte, North Carolina will become a feast of sounds and culture...not this damn door slamming and "hey y'alling" all the livelong day.
